The Hot-blooded Heart is an item in Otherworld Legends.
While this item is equipped, your maximum health will increase by 20% of character's base health and the same amount of health will be restored at the moment of equipping. This allows you to potentially tank another hit and survive for longer.
This item's effectiveness varies greatly depending on the maximum health you have when you equip it. Characters with low health will benefit a very small amount from the heart: for example, Akaisha, the strongest in health of the weak characters, will only get 8 health from this item, which isn't enough to tank a single hit. However, Quan Huying, who is tied with Quentin for the highest health, will get 14, a solid hit from a non-boss unit. Also, Hot-blooded Heart can be used as a portable health potion to restore your lost health, equipping and unequipping the item in the Inventory. And because of that, the Hot-blooded Heart is not a particularly good item for battle, but useful out of it.
